Welcome to My Practice
My practice is professional and confidential. Respect for and openness to diversity and difference are important components of my therapeutic process. I listen attentively to each person's story, as everyone is unique and special.
Services Offered
I offer both short and long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy (in-person and online). My consulting room is conveniently located in West Kensington, within a few minutes' walk from West Kensington Tube Station, and I offer an alternative location in Southwest London.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is both psychodynamic and insight-oriented, meaning I encourage the development of self-awareness to understand present-moment behaviours, thoughts, and feelings that may be rooted in the past. I will journey with you to explore your family history issues, childhood attachment, and unresolved trauma using the attachment lens and psychodynamic approach to help free you from the bondage of these chains so that you may live more fully.
FEES
Fees for weekly therapy are £50 per session with some spaces for concessionary rates (£35 for students, and those on low income and refugees).
SESSIONS
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. The frequency of our sessions may vary based on the client’s needs and what is most beneficial. Once we agree to work together, you will be expected to attend the sessions consistently. for a minimum of 6 weeks.
I also offer a 90-minute single therapy session to provide the space for focusing on one particular issue of concern.
Consultation
Your initial consultation will be a 30 minute session reviewing your reasons and goals for therapy. It is our opportunity to meet one another and see how we can work together.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform me at least 48 hours in advance of an appointment needing to be cancelled or rearranged. Payment is due for all sessions, even those cancelled or unattended without prior notice. Sessions cancelled due to my absences will not be charged
